The festival is a ‘not for profit’ event with ticket prices kept as low as possible. This is due to the efforts of a huge band of volunteers and wonderful musicians who keep their costs as low as possible because they love our festival atmosphere, the great setting, the superb sound system and an appreciative audience.
Despite getting some big names and over a thousand people, this is still a village music festival with Friday night set aside for up-and-coming local young musicians who rarely get the chance to play to a festival crowd.
Saturday is full-on music across 3 stages with local bands and a few from a little further away. In addition to the music, there are two arenas of colourful traders and workshops, Turkoman style yurts, activities and fun for all the family.
